Pumpkin Tofu Yogurt

Ingredients:
- 650 ml container unflavored low fat yogurt
- half of a 12 oz container medium-firm tofu
- half of a 14 oz. can pure pumpkin
- cinnamon and ginger or mixed pumpkin pie spice to taste
- 2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
- you can add sugar free syrup in a vanilla flavor if you desire (I buy
it at a specialty coffee house)
Protein Snack Instructions
Simply blend all in a blender till smooth and enjoy. You can adjust the ratio
of ingredients to suite your needs and tastes.
Nutritional/Other Info:
I just invented this by trial and error so I'm not too sure of the nutrition
information, but I would say its high in calcium and protein, low in fat and calories,
and pumpkin has beta carotene, so its great for a snack. :)
