"Pr(oat)meal": Protein & Wheat Breakfast

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop protein (I use vanilla)
  • 2 tbsp Cream of Wheat
  • 2 tbsp Wheat Bran
  • 1.5 cups cold water
  • 1 pack of Sugar Twin (or any low cal sweetener)

Protein Snack Instructions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients together.
  2. Add cold water and stir until no lumps
  3. Cook on Stove top or in Microwave stirring frequently (if you don\'t mix while cooking you may get a solid mass of protein and cream of wheat in the mixture).
  4. Cook until it starts to boil and stir again.
  5. Repeat cooking and boiling until mixtures starts to thicken (be sure to keep an eye on it if you use the microwave or it may boil over!!)
  6. when done, add cinnamon to taste or vanilla extract or maple extract depending on the flavor you prefer...
  7. Enjoy but be careful, stays hot for a long time!
