‘MASS MILK’ - Homemade Protein Supplement

The ‘MASS MILK’ is a recipe for exactly what it says – milk you can use in your homemade bodybuilding shakes that is going to pile on that much sought after mass. This recipe was actually passed on to me by a friend who found it on the internet. Unfortunately he couldn't tell me exactly where he found it on the web so I can’t say who originally came up with the idea. At the time I heard about this I was a little strapped for cash and couldn't afford to spend loads on expensive supplements so it was a godsend. He called it his ‘MASS MILK’. Since he told me about it I have passed it on to other people who exclaimed my genius. As much as I wanted to, I couldn't take the credit but a big thank you from me and a few others goes out to whoever came up with this idea. I tried finding a site to credit but couldn't.

Making Your Homemade Bodybuilding Supplement

Mix 2 tbsp of whole dry milk powder to 1 cup of whole fluid milk.

This will provide you with around 270 kcals and 14 grams of protein according to the actual products you use. Of course you can use non-fat dry milk powder and fluid milk if you want to keep the fat content down.

A good idea is to make this milk in batches and store it in the refrigerator so when you need milk you can reach for this.
