You can use whatever pudding mix flavor you like just remember to go with the fat free, sugar free varieties if you can. This protein smoothie is incredibly easy to make and you can put it all together in a blender and be drinking it with two minutes. I haven't really tried this but this recipe might be okay to make a large batch and store it in the fridge, drinking it over a couple of days. The only fresh ingredient is the skimmed milk so maybe it is good for the life of your milk. Does anyone know or has anyone tried making batches of protein shakes and then stored them for a couple of days? Does this affect the protein content and nutritional content at all? Let me know!
