Big Dairy Blend Smoothie

Ingredients for this Supplement-Free Shake

NO SUPPLEMENTS NEEDED
1 cup mass milk
½ cup fat free fruit yoghurt
1 scoop fat free ice cream

Obviously this shake is NOT FOR ANYONE WHO HAS PROBLEMS WITH DAIRY PRODUCTS as it is packed with milk from the combination of Mass Milk', yoghurt and ice cream. The only thing that is missing is a scoop of fat-free cottage cheese (you could of course try throwing in a scoop of cottage cheese if you are up for it). I have a friend who drink 2 protein shakes a day and uses this recipe when he is running low on his whey supplements by alternating. During his day he will drink one shake with whey and drink this one later but he adds a few egg whites as well.

Tasty Tip: You can try using different flavored ice cream and yoghurt combinations to fit your own personal tastes a little better. You could also throw in some extra fresh fruit as well (always a great idea). For more protein, do as my friend recommends and add some egg whites (don't be afraid to add an egg yolk as they are packed with goodness).
