Shake Ingredients List:

1 cup skimmed milk
½ cup pineapple juice
½ cup coconut cream (the canned stuff you would add to a curry)
½ cup sliced mango (or other tropical fruit)
1 banana
1 tbsp honey (optional)
3 tbsp chocolate syrup
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
4 ice cubes

This protein drink is packed full of different flavors and makes for a very exotic bodybuilding recipe. It take a little more preparation then many of the other shake recipes on this site simply because there are so many more ingredients. Because of this, you might think about making a bigger batch so that you can drink one right away and save the rest for later.

The coconut cream is, I think, a great ingredient to add to your homemade protein shakes if you love coconut. It adds a great creamy quality to your drink but watch out - it can be little fattening so if you are on a strict cutting diet or high protein diet you may give this a miss. Instead, you could use shredded or desiccated coconut instead - a couple of tablespoons should do.

This drink will supply your body with energy and nutrients thanks to the fresh fruit and pineapple juice. Watch out for the chocolate syrup and coconut cream if you are losing weight.
