PEACHES AND CREAM SMOOTHIE

Ingredients Needed for this Recipe:

1 cup skimmed milk
1 sliced fresh peach
2 tbsp low fat sour cream
honey to taste
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
ice cubes

More About the Peaches & Cream Shake:

This will provide you with a pretty thick shake. You might even consider adding another half cup of skimmed milk to thin it out a bit. Sometimes it's feels good to have to drink / eat a protein shake - LOL.

Of course if you can't get hold of fresh peaches, you can always opt for the canned variety. A little tip if you go with canned peaches; buy peaches that are not already in syrup if you are on a strict diet. If it's not a problem then the syrup can be used to sweeten and flavor the smoothie a little more instead of using the honey.
