As we all know, oranges are a fantastic source of vitamin C providing some tasty juice, perfect for the morning time. It's a bit messy to prepare as you have to remove the peel and pips. One tip is to add an extra scoop of whey for two reasons. The first, obviously, is to give your shake a whole wackload of extra protein. The second reason is that it will thicken your shake. The orange concentrate strengthens the 'orangeness' of the shake if necessary - not all oranges are as sweet as you hope. A little honey also helps if your oranges are a little too sharp.
