Honey-nut Banana & Strawberry

Homemade Recipe Ingredients:

2 cups skimmed milk
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp natural peanut butter
1 banana
4 strawberries
sprinkle of cinnamon
2 scoops chocolate protein powder

More Info About the Shake:

This is a homemade shake high in energy thanks to the banana and strawberry combination. The fresh fruits of course are also supplying you with valuable vitamins your body needs.

Honey and cinnamon give the shake a more interesting flavor. It is always a good idea to experiment with little twists to give your favorite homemade shakes a different flavor from what you are used to. Any ideas that ensure you don't get bored of drinking shakes that are too similar should be tried.

As well as the two scoops of whey supplement powder, you are also getting a little more protein from the natural peanut butter (and skimmed milk of course - goes without saying).
