Recipe Ingredients

NO PROTEIN POWDER REQUIRED
1 ½ cups skimmed milk
2 cups fruit (below is an example – think of your perfect fruit salad and go for it)
- strawberries
- banana
- seedless grapes
- pineapple
1-2 tbsp honey
5-6 ice cubes
1 big tbsp cottage low fat cheese

This shake gets its protein from the combination of skimmed milk and low fat cottage cheese. You could replace the skimmed milk with the homemade Mass Milk (click here for the mass milk recipe - you will need to come back to this page afterwards) for even more protein.

This shake is obviously packed with a tonne of fruit making it a great energy provider. It really is up to you what fruit you want to use. Try different fruits as your options are almost limitless. Go for fresh fruits of the season as they will of course be the sweetest and tastiest. Make yourself a fresh fruit salad and throw 2 cups into your blender with the rest of the shake ingredients and save the remains of the fruit salad for your next shake.
