CHOCOLATE & STRAWBERRY YOGHURT

Recipe Ingredients:

1 cup water
½ cup fat-free strawberry yoghurt
8 fresh strawberries
1 tbsp honey
1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
4 ice cubes

The yoghurt gives this protein drink a creamy texture and taste that goes down a treat. If you aren't on a strict diet, try using all natural strawberry yoghurt that is not fat-free - it really tastes much better. This recipe will make a rather thick shake so you might consider adding a little more water or some milk just the thin it out a bit more.

You can also try experimenting with different flavored yoghurts. Or, you could replace the yoghurt with a fat free chocolate pudding / mousse to get a more chocolatey flavor. Play around with this recipe because you can make a few variances such as using chocolate mousse mixed with strawberry protein powder and so on. Remember, these recipes are only meant to help you become more creative, they are not meant to be restrictive at all.
