1 cup plain fat-free yogurt
8 strawberries
2 tbsp natural peanut butter
1 tbsp honey
1 cup dry rolled oats
1 scoop strawberry whey protein powder
few ice cubes

This is most definitely a mass-gaining shake. It's also got a pretty high milk content so not suitable for you if you are lactose intolerant. The whole cup of dry rolled oats makes this shake pretty thick and also pretty filling so prepare yourself.

Because this recipe makes such a large and filling shake, you might want to drink half immediately and save the other half for later. This particular recipe pretty much doubles most of the ingredients if you compare it to many of the other shakes on this site. Good luck ;-D
