What you might try is drinking half before you go to the gym (give it a little time to settle so it doesn't repeat on you when you are in the middle of a heavy lift - trust me, it isn't pleasant). You can save the other half for after your workout. The strawberries and the peanut butter make this a good source of energy (especially if the strawberries are fresh). The cinnamon also gives this recipe a little bit of an exotic flavor - it's always worth trying a little flavorings so that you don't get bored with your shakes.
