Of course, any time you have fresh fruit in your bodybuilding drinks you are supplying your body with useful nutrients and natural energy. This recipe could be modified slightly to create a dessert / snack if you reduce the amount of milk so that your blended creation has to be eaten with a spoon. I haven't tied this yet as the idea just came to me while writing this, just be sure to add a second scoop of whey powder to make up for the reduction in milk. Also, check you have used enough sweetener.
