Cheesecake Shake without Protein Powder

1 ½ cups water
1 cup fat free cottage cheese
1 tbsp natural peanut butter
sugar free/fat free vanilla pudding mix
ice cubes

Okay, so this recipe does not require the addition of any protein supplement powders because you are getting quite a bit of protein from the whole cup of fat-free cottage cheese and the pudding mix is providing you with the flavoring and the sweetness.

You can also try using milk instead of water if your pudding mix allows it. You could even try adding the mass milk to this recipe replacing the water. The 'Mass Milk' is a recipe for a homemade milk combination very high in protein.
