This is especially necessary if you aren't that keen on cottage cheese. This protein drink should give you some decent energy though from the banana and natural peanut butter. Mr. P: "Okay, this one is just a bit weird for me, after all who thought of putting cottage cheese in a shake?! I guess if I liked cottage cheese more it would be great going by the protein content but it's not really my idea of tasty. Was worth a try though, cheers!"
