Protein Drink Ingredient List:

2 cups skimmed milk
1 banana
1 tbsp natural peanut butter
2 heaping tbsp low fat cottage cheese
chocolate syrup or honey to taste
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
ice cubes

Comments for this Recipe:

I recommend trying the recipe with chocolate syrup first because it seems to take more of the cottage cheese flavor edge of the finished shake's taste. This is especially necessary if you aren't that keen on cottage cheese. This protein drink should give you some decent energy though from the banana and natural peanut butter.
