You will still need a blender so that the peanut butter is properly combined (especially if you are using 'chunky' peanut butter). This shake has a reasonable amount of peanut butter in it so if you aren't big on peanut butter you should probably give this recipe a miss. Of course, you could always use one tbsp instead of two. If you do this, add another scoop of whey protein to thicken the shake and boost the protein content a little more.
