FRAPPUCCINO: CHOCOLATE & COFFEE SHAKEFrappuccino Recipe Ingredients:1 cup skimmed milk About this Homemade Protein Frappuccino Shake:Everyone loves a good frappuccino so why not make a variation that includes your whey protein supplement powders. Obviously this is a great shake for the morning because of the caffeine content. Don't forget, if you are drinking this a little late in the day or before you go to bed you can always use decaffeinated instant coffee instead of regular so that you aren't kept awake. It's a good idea to use a little extra chocolate syrup to take the edge off the coffee flavor. The recipe suggests 1 tablespoon of instant coffee but then I like my coffee a little stronger. You might try reducing the amount of coffee to suit your taste (and vulnerability to caffeine).
