If you aren't a fan of cottage cheese in your homemade smoothies then you can always hide the flavor more by increasing the amount of chocolate syrup and cinnamon you add. Actually it is worth trying a dash of cinnamon in other recipes for a more sophisticated flavor ;-D You can also buy 'cinnamon sugar' from your local supermarket which will help sweeten the shake and hide the cottage cheese flavor a little more. This smoothie recipe also works particularly well if your replace the chocolate whey with vanilla flavored whey powder for a 'Cinnamon Vanilla & Nut' protein shake.
