Ingredients for the Shake

1 cup skimmed milk
1 cup fresh raspberries (or frozen)
honey or chocolate syrup to taste
1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
ice cubes

More About the Recipe

Mmmmm, raspberries with chocolate go together like a dream. Sometime raspberries can have a bit of a sharp or tart flavor to them so your sweetener is going to be needed. With this recipe, the chocolate syrup is recommended to enhance the chocolateyness. Obviously fresh raspberries are going to make for a tastier homemade shake then the frozen kind.

One tip if you want to play around with the flavor and add more protein is to add an extra scoop of chocolate or vanilla whey protein powder. One word of warning for you, beware of the raspberry seeds - they can get stuck in your teeth so be sure to check in the mirror before trying to impress the other sex with you body because you'll look stupid when you smile!
