It's very easy and cheap to make so great if you are on a budget. It's also not going to make you gain too much weight (if you need to make it into a mass-gain shake it is easily adapted). I recommend keeping the yolk from one of the eggs in the shake because there is a lot of protein and goodness in it. Okay, so the yolk of the egg is the part with all the cholesterol but a little is okay and the other nutrients are worth it in my opinion. The vanilla adds a little something to the shake's flavor that will make it a favorite with people who don't want to or can't afford to buy supplements.
