It's not really a drink for the faint-of-heart, I mean it does have ice cream, peanut putter, oats and a banana. There's certainly a lot of protein in this shake and also some mass-building ingredients (ice cream and oats). Of course you could make it even more mass gaining if you used regular instead of fat free ice cream. I'd seriously recommend you don't try and drink this shake all in one go. Make it then save half for later. The combination of banana and oats mean this drink will give you a good dose of energy, great for the morning!
