Shake Ingredients

NO PROTEIN POWDER REQUIRED
1 ½ cups skimmed milk
2 cups fruit (below is an example – think of your perfect fruit salad and go for it)
- strawberries
- banana
- seedless grapes
- pineapple
1-2 tbsp honey
5-6 ice cubes
1 big tbsp cottage low fat cheese

About this Supplement-Free Homemade Protein Shake

The only reason to add the cottage cheese is to make sure this shake provides you with more protein. Cottage cheese has an extremely high percentage of protein and other nutrients but it is quite high in sodium. Okay, so you might not be able to escape the cottage cheesey taste (at least I can't) but if you go for the low fat variety then you are certainly getting a shake that is very healthy and packed with energy!
