The use of oats also means this is a great mass-gaining shake that is also packed with energy (the oats, banana, and berries are all good energy sources). You might also want to try this shake without the oats for a 'skinnier' protein drink. Rebecca W: "I love this one but I would mention that frozen berries don't compare to fresh berries - a shame it is hard to get them all year round.
