BANANA & ALMONDShake Ingredients:1 cup skimmed milk More About This Shake RecipeTrust me the honey and banana combination is a tasty dream. Personally I grew up on honey as substitute for sugar so I could be a little biased. A little tip for you; try shredded almonds (you can get them in packets from the supermarket). They have had the brown 'skin' removed which makes for a smoother protein shake that is less 'gritty'. AZ: "I love almonds and I'm sure many of you do so go on, through a handful in to your shake and enjoy the nut that provides the best protein content around (app arrantly). Make sure you blend them well though as no matter how big you get, you'll still look stupid when you have half an almond stuck in your throat :-D"
