Peanut Butter Oat Energy Bar Recipe

Ingredients:

  • cup of oatmeal
  • cup of peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup of honey
  • raisins/nuts to taste

Protein Bar Instructions:

Melt honey and peanut butter in saucepan add oats and raisins spread on tray let cool cut to preferred size eat up.

Nutritional/Other Info:

These supply huge amounts of energy. The slow released carbs of the oats with the high sugar levels make them ideal post and pre workout.
